A handyman’s son who learned to build everything.
Laurence grew up in Ballykerogue, County Wexford, Ireland — the son of an all-around tradesman who could build, wire, and fix anything, and a mother whose workplace-injury lawsuit became his first brush with the law.
He studied Business and Legal Studies at University College Dublin, graduating summa cum laude with the President’s Award for Excellence — and even then was already running his first company. He crossed the Atlantic, passed the New York bar, and practiced litigation before returning to his entrepreneurial roots.
Since then he’s built and sold a marketing agency and an HVAC company, grown his own law firms, and stayed at the front edge of AI and what’s next. One throughline holds it together: skin in the game, the whole board, and no BS — just value.
